These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SocialHz ("SocialHz", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website, APIs, dashboards, intelligence tools, and services provided by SocialHz.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. When creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account.
• You may not share or transfer your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

SocialHz provides social listening, real-time Reddit search, trend discovery, sentiment analysis, and intelligence aggregation services. You acknowledge that:

• Public social content is sourced via authorized platform APIs and publicly accessible feeds.
• SocialHz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to external social networks or third-party APIs.
• We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service for scheduled maintenance or performance upgrades.

Certain features are available on a paid subscription basis (e.g., Starter, Pro, Agency tiers):

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected by you at checkout.
• Automatic Renewal: Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Unless required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial subscription periods.

All intellectual property rights in the SocialHz platform, software, user interfaces, branding, visual designs, algorithms, and documentation are and shall remain the exclusive property of SocialHz and its licensors.

SocialHz trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the service may not be used without prior written authorization from SocialHz.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SocialHz does not warrant that the results, insights, or analytics generated by the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all platform data will be completely exhaustive. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on platform intelligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SocialHz, its directors, officers, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

In no event shall SocialHz's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to SocialHz in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Termination & Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts.
